Application Guidelines

Projekt City (Ltd.) is an unfunded project and provides this service to you free of charge. Under the terms of this Agreement, you are authorized to download a compressed ZIP file to your computer, unzip it and load, run and use it in Minecraft at your own risk. Please read this agreement (“agreement”, “guidelines”, “terms”, “policy”) carefully and thoroughly, as it explains how, for what, under what conditions and with what restrictions you can/may use the services of Projekt City Ltd (“Projekt City”, “Projekt City Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and how we use and process your data.
If you do not agree to our Advertisement Terms, End-User Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Use Our World Policy, we must ask you to leave our websites and refrain from using our services!
#1 Applying as builder
1.1
You must be at least 14 years old to apply as a Builder. You must also be spiritually mature and appreciate the value/effort of this project to join us. Depending on your background, the age may vary, or we may not accept you at all.
1.2
We reserve the right to refuse or ignore any request without reason. For example, if we have enough builders, do not currently have time to accept builders or for other reasons. You must accept this and not enter into any discussions with us. We may also reject some people for reasons such as their age, spiritual maturity, insufficient knowledge, etc.
1.3
You may have to go through a certain process before we accept you/your request. This process can always vary and we do not have a specific process for this. You are required to complete this process unless we tell you otherwise. Otherwise we will not be able to accept you into our team.
1.4
You have a duty to always listen to us and not to do any other activities on our world that we have not assigned to you. You also have a duty to always inform us of any problems or errors and to keep us up to date at all times.
#2 Privacy
2.1
The most important thing for us is to protect you and your data and to handle it in a trustworthy manner. We treat your data with care and will never pass it on to third parties. Some information may have to be provided voluntarily.
2.2
By applying, you agree that data collected during your stay with us will only be used for legitimate purposes. For example, if we discover a breach of the law, we will use your data to contact you or your legal guardian (if you are not over 18).
2.3
Your information is safe with us and will never be shared if necessary. We treat your data with care and will not use it for any purpose other than to contact you.
2.4
We store your data online on our own servers, to which only we and no other persons/companies have access. We also encrypt your data so that no one can open it without a password.
2.5
If you leave this project, we will keep your data for one week and then delete it from all our servers/networks as we no longer need it. We will also delete any other information about you related to this project. In addition, your Minecraft name will be removed from our website, but not from the downloadable documents (we put all information about our project in the world download folder with every update).
2.6
We treat your data with care so that you can feel safe with us and don't have to worry about your data being made public and you can therefore work "privately".
#3 Rights
3.1
You have the right to leave this project at any time or to pause your work. We do not want to force anyone to work with us if they do not want to, as we stand for a pleasant working environment. If you have any questions or other issues, you can also use our Discord server to talk to other employees.
3.2
We have the right to remove you from this project at any time if we discover misconduct. We tell you what to do, and you have to do it!
#4 Leaving this project
4.1
Before you leave this project, you must be aware that you have correctly completed all your outstanding projects. In addition, you must let us know that you will be leaving this project so that we can prepare for this.

Neccessarry Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are sent to the user's browser, desktop client or device when they visit the website. These are automatically provided by the device when the page is visited again. Cookies are mostly used by websites to improve the user experience, increase the performance of the site and - if activated - display personalized content.
The law states that companies may automatically store necessary cookies on devices without user consent if they are necessary for the operation of the site.
For all other types of cookies, such as analytics and statistics, preferences and personalization, marketing, advertising and all other cookies, the user's consent is required.
You can change your cookie settings at any time. To do this, go to the bottom of one of our pages, click on "change cookie preferences" and select your preferences.
Statistics and Analytics
Statistics and analysis cookies, also known as "performance cookies," help the website to track how users interact with the site, which link is clicked by them, how long they visit it, which pages are particularly popular and which pages the users come from. This information is collected anonymously and is not trackable and helps us to better understand our site and users and their behavior in order to provide a better experience.
Preferences and Personalization
Preference cookies, are cookies that allow the website to remember your choices you made through your use of our website, such as language and regional preferences, or what your username and password are so that they can be retrieved automatically the next time you load the page, leading to a overall better performance of the webpage.
Third-party content
Third-party cookies include embedded videos, widgets, images or other types of third-party content. If this feature is activated, a connection to other servers is established and external content is loaded. Some content may not be created or managed by Projekt City. This feature is disabled by default to protect your privacy.
Marketing and Advertisement
Marketing cookies are mainly used for advertising purposes by us and our third parties. If this function is activated, your online activities are tracked in order to provide you with personalized, relevant, meaningfull and appropriate advertising and to prevent you from seeing the same advertising multiple times. This can help us track how efficient advertising campaigns are, both for our own services and other websites. All data is passed on anonymously to the advertising partners.
Others & unclassified cookies
Unclassified cookies are cookies that cannot be assigned to a specific category or class, either because they are too irrelevant or not worth to categorize. Nevertheless, we are working on classifying all cookies as best we can.
