Welcome!

Use Our World

Projekt City (Ltd.) is an unfunded project and provides this service to you free of charge. Under the terms of this Agreement, you are authorized to download a compressed ZIP file to your computer, unzip it and load, run and use it in Minecraft at your own risk. Please read this agreement (“agreement”, “guidelines”, “terms”, “policy”) carefully and thoroughly, as it explains how, for what, under what conditions and with what restrictions you can/may use the services of Projekt City Ltd (“Projekt City”, “Projekt City Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and how we use and process your data.
If you do not agree to our Advertisement Terms, End-User Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Use Our World Policy, we must ask you to leave our websites and refrain from using our services!
1. Advertising and Commercial Use
1.1. Prohibited Activities
The use of this Minecraft world for any form of advertising, including but not limited to product placement, promotions, or marketing campaigns, is strictly prohibited unless explicit, written permission is granted by the world owner. This includes both in-game and external advertising, such as embedding links or references to commercial entities within the game world.
1.2 Sponsorships
If you intend to host events, streams or other activities in our world, you must obtain the consent of Projekt City, otherwise the use is prohibited. You must also ensure that people participating in your event, stream or activity can easily find and view the services of Projekt City. You must also adhere to the general Minecraft Terms and your activity must comply with the rules and visions of Projekt City. Otherwise you will not be able to use Projekt City!
2. Private and Public Use
2.1 Private Use
You have permission to use our Minecraft world for private, non-commercial purposes and to develop it for yourself. This includes personal fun, inviting (a small number of) friends and building the world for your personal use only. You may use the world as you like and do what you like in this world. You do not need special permission to use the world privately and for non-commercial purposes if you only keep the world on your device and do not share it!
2.2 Public Use
If you wish to make the world accessible to the public, such as hosting it on a server, streaming gameplay on platforms like Twitch or YouTube, or organizing community events, you need the permission from Projekt City. Public use of the world requires a certain level of security for you and the players on your server, which you MUST ensure. You must also adhere to the general Minecraft Terms and proper attribution to the creator is needed. Moreover you must adhere to any additional guidelines provided upon receiving approval.
Unauthorized public use is not allowed!
3. Modifications and Derivative Works
3.1 No Unauthorized Modifications
Users are not permitted to modify the world or create derivative works and upload them as their work without explicit, written consent from us. This includes changes to the map, structures, in-game mechanics, or any custom content such as textures, skins, or scripts. Unauthorized modifications undermine the integrity of the world and its creator's vision (Private use is excluded).
3.2 Custom Mods and Add-ons
The addition of mods, plugins, or add-ons that alter the gameplay experience or environment within the world is not permitted unless you have received prior approval. This ensures that the core experience intended by us is preserved and that any modifications are in line with the original design (Private use is excluded).
4. Sharing and Distribution
4.1 Sharing
Users are allowed to share the official download links without explicit permission. This includes posting the links on forums or social media. The posting of links that are (or can be) associated with Projekt City but are not ours is strictly forbidden and violates our guidelines!
4.2 Distribution Restrictions
The distribution of this world or any of its components (including, but not limited to, custom textures, builds, scripts, or any other creative assets) on any platform is not allowed without written consent from us. If permission is granted, proper credit must be given to the creator, and the distribution must adhere to any conditions specified by us.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
The Minecraft world, along with all its contents, is the intellectual property of Projekt City Ltd. (more you can find in our imprint). This includes all designs, structures, custom textures, and any other creative elements within the world. All rights are reserved by us, and no part of the world may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
5.2 Use of Assets
If you wish to use any assets from this world, such as designs, textures, or other elements, in your own projects or in other Minecraft worlds, you must obtain permission from us. Proper attribution must be given, and any usage must comply with the conditions set by us.
6. Errors, Bugs and Other Mistakes
6.1 Reporting Issues
Should you encounter any bugs, glitches, or other errors while using the Minecraft world, you are encouraged to report these issues to us through the designated support channel or forms. Prompt reporting helps maintain the quality and functionality of the world.
6.2 No Exploiting Bugs
Exploiting any bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain or to disrupt the gameplay experience for others is strictly prohibited. Such behavior undermines the fairness and integrity of the world and can result in penalties, including restricted access or banning.
7. Updates and Fixes
Projekt City may release updates, patches, or fixes to address reported issues and improve the world. Users are encouraged to apply these updates to ensure the best possible gameplay experience. Failure to update may result in compatibility issues or a suboptimal experience.
8. Feedback and our Name
8.1 Feedback
We are open to feedback in the form of text, images, video, audio or other forms. Please note the difference between factual criticism and hate speech. We reserve the right to report, delete and report (to the respective service) hateful behavior and to exclude the respective user from our services, as this violates our guidelines.
8.2 Using our name
You can use our name in conversations. We understand objective criticism and are also interested in criticism of our project so that we can continue to improve. However, hate speech is no longer criticism and we do not allow it. We reserve the right to report violations or have them blocked if we discover such behavior. If you have any suggestions for improvement, you can contact us via our social media platforms or forms. We also do not allow actions to be taken in our name by people who do not work with Projekt City or have contact with us.
